About the Project
Fixerlinks Loyalty grew out of a loyalty app we built for a boutique hotel in New Caledonia. We turned it into a reusable plugin that any WordPress site can install, with its own database, a setup wizard, staff and manager roles, analytics and built-in WhatsApp messaging.
The Challenge
Most independent hotels cannot justify a custom mobile app, and many off-the-shelf loyalty tools do not offer bilingual support, separate reception and manager views, or WhatsApp updates. The goal was a program guests could use straight from their browser and a team could learn in an afternoon.
Our Solution
Guests open their member card in the browser, add it to their home screen and sign in with a WhatsApp code or their date of birth. They earn points on every direct stay and unlock rewards such as a free breakfast or a free night. Reception searches guests by name, phone or QR code, adds stays and confirms rewards from one screen, while managers run campaigns, read the analytics and change colours, rewards, tiers and labels live. The plugin ships in English and French and can be translated into any language.
